Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) is seeking a Relativity SME to join our eDiscovery team in a full-time role in the United States. You will work with Relativity staff to resolve software issues and help implement templates, views, scripts, and workflows across workspaces, supporting complex litigation matters.

You have extensive Relativity experience, RCA certification, and are prepared to engage in testing, training, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Ten years of litigation support experience, with Relativity in the last four years.
• Relativity RCA certification required; Master or JD preferred with substitution.
• US citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced Relativity support to attorneys and investigators.
• Perform data culling and indexing in Relativity for complex searches.
• Test Relativity releases and create templates, views, scripts, and workflows.
• Deliver Relativity demos and train users; create user documentation.
• Collaborate with Relativity staff and FTC support to resolve issues.
