Job summary
CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) seeks a Senior Relativity SME to join the eDiscovery team in a Full-Time capacity. You will work with Relativity staff, test releases, and help set up templates, views, scripts, and workflows across divisions. Ideal candidates have 10+ years in litigation support with Relativity experience, RCA certification, and the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
U.S. citizenship is required.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of litigation support experience with Relativity
- Master's degree or JD substitution available for 13 years of experience
- Relativity RCA certification required
- Strong multitasking and communication skills
- U.S. citizen and able to obtain Public Trust clearance
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced Relativity support to attorneys, investigators, and support specialists
- Perform data culling and identification in Relativity for complex searches
- Collaborate with FTC technical support to resolve access, performance, and viewer issues
- Lead Relativity demos, training, and create user documentation
- Test Relativity releases and develop templates, views, scripts, or workflows
- Stay current with Relativity features and integrations
