Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) is seeking a Senior Relativity SME to join our eDiscovery team. You will work with Relativity staff to resolve software issues, set up templates, views, scripts, and workflows across divisions, and participate in testing software releases.

Ideal candidates have extensive Relativity experience, RCA certification, and the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance. The role supports government contracting and mandates strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• At least ten years in litigation support with Relativity experience.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced Relativity support to attorneys and staff.
• Perform data culling and setting up templates, views, scripts across divisions.
• Test Relativity software releases and assist with troubleshooting.
• Maintain knowledge of Relativity analytics and plugins.
