Job summary

CGS is seeking a Senior Relativity SME to join the eDiscovery department in a full-time capacity. You will work with Relativity staff to resolve software issues, test releases, and establish templates, views, scripts, and workflows across workspaces.

The role requires extensive Relativity experience, RCA certification, and the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance. You will collaborate with government clients and participate in demonstrations, training, and documentation creation.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of litigation support experience with advanced Relativity exposure.
• Relativity RCA certification required; Master’s or JD preferred.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced-level Relativity support to attorneys and investigators.
• Perform data culling and search term identification in Relativity for matters with holds and other classifications.
• Test Relativity software releases and establish templates, views, scripts, and workflows.
• Demonstrate Relativity demos, conduct training, and create user documentation.
