Job summary

CGS Federal is seeking a Senior Relativity SME to join the eDiscovery team. You will collaborate with Relativity staff to resolve software issues and contribute to testing, templates, and workflows across divisions.

The role requires extensive Relativity expertise, RCA certification, and U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance. Join CGS to support government innovation and growth.

Qualifications

• At least ten (10) years of litigation support experience, including Relativity experience.
• Relativity RCA certification required.
• Experience managing multiple tasks within scope of work is demonstrated.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced Relativity support to attorneys, investigators, and litigation support specialists.
• Perform specialized data culling and identification in Relativity for complex searches and domain types.
• Collaborate with FTC/tech support to resolve access, slowness, and viewer installation issues.
• Lead testing of Relativity software releases and create templates/views/workflows for multiple workspaces.
• Stay current with Relativity updates and necessary integrations.
• Advocate for new features via Relativity User Portal and coordinate with eLaw team.
• Deliver Relativity demos, training, and user documentation.
