Job summary

CGS is seeking a Relativity Senior Systems Administrator to manage and enhance ALS infrastructure across on-prem and AWS environments. The role emphasizes implementing Relativity and related tools, maintaining storage, compute, and network resources, and ensuring secure external access for stakeholders.

The candidate will document architecture, provide weekly health reports, and collaborate with IT leadership on ALS projects, with a focus on reliability and security in government IT environments.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience implementing litigation support systems (UNIX, Windows, storage, etc.).
• Minimum 5 years in litigation support apps (Relativity, Concordance, Trial Director, etc.)
• Experience with designing, procuring, installing, and testing complex systems
• Experience with large, multi-OS environments
• At least 1 year setting up large-scale database management apps
• Knowledge of government IT environments and security requirements
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Must be able to obtain a favorable Public Trust clearance

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ALS software solutions focusing on Relativity and related tools
• Maintain ALS system infrastructure (storage, compute, network) across on-prem and AWS
• Manage external access to ALS tools, including IAM for external stakeholders
• Perform system maintenance: backups, restores, updates, tuning, monitoring
• Produce system diagrams, admin guides, and end-user documentation updated semi-annually
• Provide weekly reports on system health, projects, and planned activities
• Collaborate with IT leadership to support ALS applications and infrastructure
