Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) is seeking a Senior Relativity Sr. Systems Administrator to support and enhance ALS applications and infrastructure in a government contracting environment.

The role emphasizes maintaining complex systems, security, and collaborative IT leadership engagement. Responsibilities include managing Relativity-based workflows, both on-prem and AWS, with emphasis on backups, access control, and documentation; interacting with external stakeholders and ensuring

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in computer science or information technology disciplines or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years in litigation-support systems and related software (e.g., Relativity, iPro, Concordance, Trial Director).
• Experience designing, acquiring equipment, installing, integrating, testing in required environments.
• Experience with large systems across multiple OS and functions.
• Experience with large-scale database management applications.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ALS software solutions using Relativity and related tools.
• Maintain ALS infrastructure (storage, compute, network) on-prem and AWS.
• Manage external access and IAM for external stakeholders.
• Perform system maintenance including backups, updates, and monitoring.
• Produce system diagrams and administrator/end-user documentation (semi-annual updates).
• Provide weekly health and progress reports to IT leadership.
• Collaborate with IT leadership to support ALS apps and infrastructure.
