Job summary

CGS (Contact Government Services) invites applications for a Relativity Senior Systems Administrator to support ALS applications and infrastructure. The role emphasizes design, deployment, maintenance, and documentation across on‑premise and AWS platforms.

The right candidate will bring deep experience in Relativity, SQL Server, and complex, mixed‑OS environments, along with strong communication skills for coordination with IT leadership and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in CS or MIS, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years implementing systems, with 5+ years in litigation support apps (Relativity, iPro, CaseMap).
• Experience designing, procuring, installing and testing systems.
• Experience with large, mixed-OS environments.
• At least 1 year setting up large-scale database applications.
• Knowledge of government IT environments and security requirements.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Must have Relativity experience.
• SQL Server 2012+ experience.
• Ability to obtain a favorable Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ALS software solutions primarily consisting of COTS tools such as Relativity, iPro, CaseMap, etc.
• Maintain ALS system infrastructure (storage, compute, network) leveraging on‑premise and AWS cloud platforms.
• Maintain external access to ALS tools including identity and access management for external stakeholders.
• Perform system maintenance including backups, restore operations, updates, performance tuning, monitoring.
• Produce and update system diagrams, administrator guides and end user documentation.
• Provide weekly reports on system health, completed projects and planned activities.
• Selectee will work with IT leadership supporting ALS applications and infrastructure.
