Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) is seeking a Senior Relativity Sr. Systems Administrator to join our Legal/IT team in Tampa.

The role focuses on supporting and improving our ALS software stack, including Relativity, iPro, and CaseMap, across on‑premises and AWS, with emphasis on security and external access management. The candidate will design, deploy, and maintain storage, compute, and network infrastructure, produce documentation, and deliver weekly health reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in litigation support systems
• Experience designing, installing, integrating, testing in required environment
• Experience with large systems and mixed OS environments
• At least 1 year setting up large-scale database applications
• Knowledge of government IT environments and security requirements
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Experience with Relativity and SQL Server 2012+

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ALS software solutions (Relativity, iPro, CaseMap)
• Maintain ALS infrastructure (storage, compute, network) across on‑premise and AWS
• Manage external access and IAM for stakeholders (expert witnesses, US Attorneys, IRS)
• Perform system maintenance: backups, restores, updates, tuning, monitoring
• Create/update system diagrams and administrator guides; semi-annual reviews
• Provide weekly system health and project status reports
• Collaborate with IT leadership to support ALS applications and infrastructure
