Job summary

Contact Government Services (CGS) seeks a Relativity Senior Systems Administrator to support and improve the organization’s litigation support and IT infrastructure. The role focuses on ALS software like Relativity, iPro and CaseMap, with on‑premise and AWS storage and compute flexibility.

You will handle system maintenance, documentation, and stakeholder access management while collaborating with IT leadership to deliver secure, scalable solutions for government clients.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with litigation support applications and infrastructure.
• Experience with UNIX, Windows, and large-scale storage and networks.
• Experience with Relativity, iPro, Concordance, Trial Director or similar ALS tools.
• Ability to design, procure, install, integrate and test systems in relevant environments.
• Ability to obtain a favorable Public Trust Clearance.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Automated Litigation Support (ALS) software solutions using Relativity, iPro and CaseMap.
• Maintain ALS system infrastructure (storage, compute, network) on‑premise and AWS cloud.
• Manage external access to ALS tools via identity & access management for stakeholders.
• Perform system maintenance: backups, restores, updates, performance tuning, monitoring.
• Create and update system diagrams, admin guides and end-user documentation semi‑annually.
• Provide weekly health reports and project status updates to IT leadership.
