Job summary

Covius Services LLC offers a remote relationship-management role focused on delivering business and technology solutions for a portfolio of clients. You will lead a team of Account Managers and act as a trusted advisor to understand client challenges and drive satisfaction.

You will coordinate with production and go-to-market teams, manage programs from inception to deployment, and report client trends to senior leadership across time zones.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of Loss Mitigation Mortgage experience with title policy through final disposition.
• Document generation and print fulfillment experience.
• Experience managing a small team with shared goals.
• Experience managing relationships with C-level executives.
• Experience in title, mortgage, or financial industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Solve client business and technology challenges using Covius product suite and performance management.
• Supervisory responsibility for a team of account managers.
• Provide trusted advisor guidance to customers for planning, forecasting, and implementation management.
• Develop deep client relationships and build cross-functional teams across stakeholder groups.
• Coordinate with Covius clients to meet deadlines and communicate product/process details.
