The role requires 5–10 years of mortgage-related experience, strong communication, and ability to collaborate with senior leadership across time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration.
• 5-10 years of Loss Mitigation Mortgage experience; title policy through final disposition.
• Document generation and print fulfillment experience.
• Experience managing a small team with shared goals and with C-level relationships.
• Experience in title, mortgage, or financial industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of account managers serving a portfolio of clients.
• Develop innovative solutions by applying Covius mortgage services product knowledge.
• Coordinate proposals and collaborate with clients and Covius go-to-market teams.
• Manage programs/projects from inception through deployment.
• Provide trusted advisor guidance to clients and report trends to senior leadership.
