Covius is seeking a Relationship Manager to lead a team of Account Managers and develop innovative solutions that help clients improve operational efficiency.

You will understand client business challenges and work with Covius staff to craft solutions that drive satisfaction and outcomes. The role emphasizes deep client relationships, cross-functional collaboration, and thought leadership in mortgage services.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of Loss Mitigation Mortgage experience; title policy through final disposition.
• Document generation and print fulfillment experience.
• Previous experience managing a small team with shared goals.
• Previous experience in managing relationships with C-level executives.
• Experience in title, mortgage, or financial industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative business and technology solutions for Covius clients to improve operational efficiency.
• Lead a team of Account Managers to serve a portfolio of clients.
• Provide trusted advisor guidance for planning, forecasting, and implementation management.
• Build deep client relationships and coordinate cross-functional teams across stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Covius clients to meet deadlines and communicate product/process benefits.
• Assist in drafting proposals for Covius partners.
• Manage programs/projects from inception through deployment.
• Collaborate with clients and go-to-market teams to provide thought leadership.
• Report client trends and strategy to senior leadership.
