Job summary

RethinkCare is seeking a Senior Client Success Manager to support a portfolio of strategic clients, drive engagement, and ensure satisfaction across services.

You will collaborate with CS, product, and operations to resolve issues, lead strategy sessions, and promote value delivery. The role emphasizes relationship building, data-driven insights, and effective communication with C-suite stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 8+ years of experience interfacing with clients including HR, brokers, consultants, and C-suite.
• Strong communication, organization, and data interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of strategic clients and ensure satisfaction and engagement.
• Coordinate with CS, product, and operations to resolve client inquiries and issues.
• Lead monthly/quarterly strategy sessions and contract renewal discussions.
• Communicate client status and value opportunities to Rethink leadership.
• Monitor usage trends and develop action plans to improve engagement.
