Job summary

Cynaxus LLC. is seeking a Client Services Manager to own the health of our client relationships across cybersecurity, engineering, and managed services. You will act as the client advocate and coordination hub, ensuring alignment and timely delivery across engagements.

You will chair regular client meetings, monitor scope and budget, and surface value opportunities. This role emphasizes retention, candor in communication, and reliable follow-through in a remote-first US environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in client-facing delivery, account management, or engagement management roles in professional services, with direct responsibility for budgets and outcomes.
• Fluency in technical delivery contexts: you do not need to write code, but you need to discuss migrations, remediation and scope.
• Proven track record of retaining demanding clients through challenging moments.
• Exceptional written communication and total reliability in follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a living view of every active engagement in your portfolio, including scope, budget, milestones, risks, and client temperature.
• Chair recurring client meetings and own follow-through on commitments made.
• Control budget burn against plan and negotiate scope adjustments honestly.
• Coordinate engagement leads internally to deliver a single, unified client experience.
