Job summary

You will acquire, deepen, and retain profitable relationships by delivering the firm’s full capabilities to mid-market businesses with $20M-$100M in revenue. You will build trusted relationships with business leaders, manage client portfolios, and coordinate across product and credit teams to deliver strategic advice

Qualifications

• Seven or more years in lending, credit, or relationship management for middle market clients.
• Strong understanding of commercial banking products and credit fundamentals.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with C-suite executives and owners.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with local business leaders, owners, and executives.
• Manage and deepen existing client relationships while developing new business.
• Develop and execute a disciplined plan focused on revenue opportunities and referrals.
