The role blends independent work with collaboration to deliver comprehensive financial solutions to clients. The successful candidate will engage with CEOs and CFOs, build strong partnerships, and contribute to revenue growth while maintaining high standards of service

Qualifications

• Seven plus years lending or credit support related experience focusing on business relationships.
• Understanding of Commercial Banking products and services.
• Methodical approach to market activities and prospecting, demonstrate proven client relationship skills, and can engage with CEOs and CFOs.
• Ability to collaborate with internal partners and resources.
• Demonstrated experience of meeting or exceeding sales goals; proven top individual contributor.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage, prioritise, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to establish credibility and strong partnership with senior business and control partners.
• Deep local connections and market knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Champion a culture of innovation and a customer centric mindset
• Stay up to date with industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation or strategic partnerships
• Find ways to further efficiency with existing technical infrastructure through automation, while embracing the innovative opportunities offered by new technologies
• Develop a weekly sales plan prioritizing revenue generating sales opportunities, cultivate referral sources, and institutionalize relationships and calling
