Truist is seeking a Regular/Temporary team member to deliver industry-leading client service in person and by phone, while developing and expanding client relationships. You will provide financial solutions via consultative conversations and may be cross-trained to perform teller duties as needed, supporting branch sales targets.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, 2 years of client sales and service experience, and strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of client sales and service experience
• Experience with sourcing and prospecting for new clients and client relationship building
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office
• Must be SAFE compliant within 30 days of employment, including NMLS background checks
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs and occasional weekends/extended hours

Responsabilités

• Provide advanced client maintenance, problem resolution and sales in deposit, credit, and service lines
• Contribute to meeting client service and branch sales targets by expanding relationships
• Refer complex client needs to internal specialists
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines
• Attend training and product knowledge sessions to improve sales techniques
• Advise on consumer lending options and take loan applications
• Ensure compliance with policies and risk management
• Greet clients and assist with transactions while uncovering needs
