The position emphasizes meeting branch targets, consultative conversations, and referring complex needs to specialists while maintaining compliance and service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience with sourcing and prospecting for new clients and client relationship building.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
• SAFE compliance within 30 days of employment including NMLS background checks.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs and occasional weekends/extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Provides industry leading client service in person and on the phone, expanding client relationships.
• Contributes to meeting or exceeding client service and branch sales targets through product recommendations and referrals.
• Refer complex client needs to internal specialists and assist in the sales process.
• Participate in branch leadership routines and ongoing sales/service training.
• Advise on consumer lending options and take loan applications.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies; stay informed of policy changes.
• Ensure a consistent client service experience by greeting clients and assisting with teller transactions when needed.
