Job summary

Truist is seeking a Regular full-time Retail Banking professional to deliver industry-leading client service both in person and by phone, while expanding client relationships and offering financial solutions. The role includes potential teller duties and cross-functional referrals to specialists.

Qualified candidates will possess strong communication skills, a high school diploma, and 2 years of client sales/service experience, with willingness to travel and work varied hours including weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of client sales and service experience
• Experience with sourcing and prospecting for new clients and client relationship building
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in basic computer applications like Microsoft Office
• SAFE compliant within 30 days and background checks as required
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs and possible weekends/overnights

Responsibilities

• Maintains and expands client relationships through in-person and phone service.
• Cross-sells financial products by engaging clients and referring to specialists.
• Assists with teller duties as needed and supports branch sales targets.
• Participates in leadership routines and ongoing sales/product knowledge training.
• Advises on consumer lending options and takes loan applications.
• Ensures compliance with internal controls and policies.
• Provides courteous service to greet clients and assist them in-branch navigation.
