Truist is seeking an experienced client service professional to deliver an industry-leading experience in-person and by phone. You will develop and expand client relationships by offering financial solutions and referring opportunities to partners.

The role includes cross-training for teller duties and delivering consultative conversations to meet consumer and business needs, while adhering to policies and controls.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients and building relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• SAFE (Mortgage Licensing Act) compliance within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide industry-leading client service in person and on the phone.
• Develop and expand client relationships to meet needs.
• Refer clients to business partners for growth opportunities.
• Cross-train to perform teller duties as needed.
• Conduct consultative conversations and refer complex needs to specialists.
• Assist with deposits, loans and other banking products as required.
• Maintain risk controls and comply with policies.
