Job summary

Truist Wealth seeks a Regular retail professional to deliver premier client service, both in person and by phone, while expanding client relationships and cross-selling financial products. You will support teller duties when needed and collaborate with internal specialists on complex goals.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, proven sales experience, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced branch environment. Some travel and weekend hours may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required with strong customer service experience.
• 2 years client sales and service experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required.
• Proficient in basic computer applications, including MS Office.
• SAFE mortgage licensing compliance within 30 days of employment.
• Ability to multi-task and travel for temporary staffing or locale changes.
• Weekend and extended hours availability with occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding client service in person and by phone.
• Develop and expand client relationships to meet service and sales targets.
• Refer more complex needs to internal specialists as appropriate.
• Participate in branch leadership routines and team sales processes.
• Enhance product knowledge and sales techniques through training.
• Advise on consumer lending options and take loan applications.
• Ensure compliance with policy, procedures and risk controls.
• Assist with teller duties and help clients navigate the branch.
