Truist Financial Corporation is seeking a client-focused professional for a Regular or Temporary role in the United States. You will develop and expand client relationships, provide financial solutions through consultative conversations, and be cross-trained to perform teller duties as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of client sales and service experience
• Experience with sourcing and prospecting for new clients and client relationship building
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office
• Must be SAFE (Mortgage Licensing Act) compliant within 30 days of employment, including NMLS background check
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs and locale changes
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights may be included

Responsibilities

• Exercises advanced proficiency with routine client maintenance requests and sales functions
• Contributes to meeting sales targets by developing and expanding client relationships
• Supports team sales process by consultative conversations and referrals to internal specialists
• Participates fully in established Retail Community Bank Leadership routines
• Advances knowledge of sales techniques and product knowledge through training
• Advises on consumer lending options and takes loan applications
• Adheres to internal controls and risk management policies
• Ensures a consistent client service experience while assisting with transactions and greeting clients
