Job summary

Truist is seeking a sales-driven professional to deliver industry-leading client service and expand client relationships in a retail banking environment. You will consult with clients, offer financial solutions, and be cross-trained to perform teller duties as needed.

You will participate in branch sales initiatives, improve product knowledge, and support lending options while adhering to risk and policy guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• 4 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients and client relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with clients and prospects.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
• Must be SAFE compliant within 30 days, including NMLS background check.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs.
• Weekend and extended hours with possible travel/night shifts.

Responsibilities
