Job summary

Truist Wealth in the United States seeks a Regular or Temporary client-focused banker to deliver outstanding service both in person and by phone. You will develop and expand client relationships and offer tailored financial solutions through consultative conversations and referrals to partners.

The role includes cross-training to perform teller duties, supporting branch sales targets, and collaborating with internal specialists to meet clients' financial goals while maintaining strict controls

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience with sourcing and prospecting for new clients.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
• Must be SAFE (Mortgage Licensing Act) compliant within 30 days of employment, including NMLS background check.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs.

Responsibilities

• Handle routine client maintenance requests, problem resolution and sales functions.
• Contribute to meeting or exceeding client service and sales targets by expanding relationships.
• Refer more complex needs to internal specialists.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Advise on consumer lending options and take loan applications.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Assist with teller transactions and client greetings as needed.
