Formación

• High School or GED required.
• 1 year of related experience.
• NMLS license preferred but may be required.
• Overnight travel for training may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Promotes the sales process through leveraging sales leads, outbound calling, greeting customers, and identifying customer service and product needs.
• Identify and achieve individual weekly sales goals set by the Branch Manager and convert transactions to qualified sales or referrals.
• Incorporate digital banking products into customer interactions and maintain data quality for referrals and applicants.
• Perform routine teller and branch operational duties in line with policies and procedures.
• Act as a risk manager by understanding and adhering to FNB's risk management program.
