Responsibilities

• Promotes the sales process through leads, outbound calls and customer needs.
• Identify service and product needs, cross-sell and refer bank products.
• Input and maintain referrals, customers and applications with data quality.
• Execute branch operations and daily sales activity per policy.
• Assist with scheduling, supervision of workflow and vault management.
• Perform routine teller and related operational tasks.
• Adhere to risk management and regulatory compliance.
