Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promotes the sales process through leveraging sales leads, outbound calling, greeting customers, and identifying customer service and product needs.
• Makes appropriate recommendations in the selling and cross-selling of bank products and services.
• Identifies and achieves individual weekly sales goals set by the Branch Manager.
• Incorporates FNB digital products & services into customer interactions.
• Uses branch technology to input and maintain data quality for referrals, customers, and applicants.
• Responsible for completion and lifecycle of all new and existing relationships according to consumer bank standards.
• Assists with management of daily sales activity, pre-shift sales huddles, and monitoring sales results.
• Performs routine operational duties of branch including scheduling, opening/closing, vault cash, etc.
• Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
• Employees act as risk managers per F.N.B. Corporation risk program.
