Job summary

F.N.B. Corporation is seeking a Senior Relationship Banker to drive consumer banking sales and service excellence at its Huntersville location.

You will handle customer transactions, promote banking products, and nurture customer relationships with professional guidance from the branch team. Responsibilities include leveraging leads, cross-selling, managing referrals, and supporting branch operations while adhering to policy and risk controls.

Qualifications

• High School or GED is required.
• 1 year of related experience is required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of banking policies, consumer products and services.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to use a personal computer and banking software.
• NMLS Identifier preferred but may be required.

Responsibilities

• Promotes the sales process through leads, outbound calling, greeting customers and identifying needs.
• Make recommendations in selling and cross-selling bank products.
• Achieve individual weekly sales goals set by Branch Manager.
• Input and maintain data for referrals and applicants using branch technology.
• Complete and manage relationships and branch operations per policies.
• Perform routine teller and operational duties and support risk management.
