Job summary

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required.
1 year of related work experience preferred.
Knowledge of banking policies, consumer products and services.

Responsibilities

Promote the sales process by leveraging leads, greeting customers, and identifying needs.
Make recommendations in cross-selling bank products and services.
Achieve weekly sales goals set by the Branch Manager.
Utilize branch technology to enter and maintain referrals and customer data.
Perform branch operational duties including scheduling, opening/closing, and cash handling.
Execute routine teller transactions and other assigned tasks.
Support risk management by adhering to policies and procedures.
