Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 1 year of job-related experience minimum.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail-oriented with proficient PC skills (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of banking policies, consumer products and services.

Responsibilities

• Promotes the sales process by leveraging leads, outbound calling, greeting customers, and identifying needs.
• Make recommendations in selling and cross-selling Bank products and services.
• Input and maintain data quality for referrals, customers, and applicants using branch technology.
• Manage daily sales activity and assist with pre-shift sales huddles; monitor results.
• Perform routine branch operations, including teller tasks and vault cash handling.
• Adhere to all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
