F.N.B. Corporation is seeking a Senior Relationship Banker for our Retail team in the Manteo market. This role focuses on executing traditional consumer banking asks, handling branch leads, and converting transactions into sales or referrals while upholding FNB policies and core values.

The incumbent may work at various locations within the market and will promote the sales process, cross-sell products, and manage daily activity with a customer-centric approach.

Qualifications

• High School or GED is required.
• 1 year of related experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills are essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication required.
• Knowledge of banking policies, procedures, consumer products and services.

Responsibilities

• Promotes the sales process through leveraging sales leads, outbound calling, greeting customers, and identifying customer service and product needs.
• Make appropriate recommendations in the selling and cross-selling of Bank products and services.
• Identifies and achieves individual weekly sales goals set by the Branch Manager.
• Incorporates FNB digital products & services into customer interactions.
• Input and maintain data quality for referrals, customers, and applicants using FNB approved branch technology.
• Responsible for the completion and lifecycle of all new and existing relationships according to consumer bank standards.
• Assists with management of daily sales activity and monitoring of sales results.
• Performs routine operational duties including teller transactions and other tasks.
