F.N.B. Corporation (FNB) seeks a Senior Relationship Banker to grow client relationships in our Retail Banking team. You will handle consumer banking asks, process branch leads, and convert interactions into qualified referrals while following policies and core values.

The role emphasizes superior customer service, strong communication, and sales capabilities, with potential travel to other market locations as needed. A high school diploma and related experience are required.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of related experience.
• Knowledge of banking policies, consumer products and services.
• Ability to use a PC and bank software.

Responsabilidades

• Promotes the sales process by leveraging leads and greeting customers.
• Make recommendations in selling and cross-selling bank products.
• Identify and achieve weekly sales goals set by Branch Manager.
• Incorporate FNB digital products into interactions with customers.
• Input and maintain data quality for referrals and applicants.
• Manage complete lifecycle of new and existing relationships per consumer bank standards.
• Assist with daily sales activity and monitor results.
• Perform branch operational duties including teller transactions and office tasks.
• Adhere to risk management and regulatory requirements.
• Support the corporate culture and core values.
