Responsibilities

• Promote sales through greeting customers, identifying needs, leveraging leads and outbound calls.
• Recommend banking products and services to customers.
• Meet weekly sales/referral goals set by Branch Manager.
• Incorporate FNB digital products into interactions.
• Maintain data quality for referrals, customers, and applications.
• Handle relationship lifecycle per consumer banking standards.
• Perform teller and related operational tasks according to policies.
• Support risk management as part of daily duties.
