F.N.B. Corporation is seeking a Relationship Banker to support consumer banking transactions, account servicing, and lending.

The role focuses on executing branch leads under managerial direction, delivering customer service, and identifying opportunities to convert interactions into qualified sales or referrals. The incumbent will adhere to FNB policies and Core Values, may work at multiple market locations, and participate in the bank’s digital product ecosystem while meeting weekly sales

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 0 years of related experience acceptable.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of consumer banking products and services.
• Ability to travel overnight for training.

Responsibilities

• Promotes the sales process by greeting customers and identifying needs, leveraging sales leads, and outbound calling.
• Make recommendations in selling and cross-selling of Bank products and services.
• Identify and achieve weekly sales/referral goals set by the Branch Manager.
• Input and maintain data quality for referrals, customers, and applicants.
• Perform routine teller and operational duties according to policies.
• Perform other related duties and projects as assigned.
• Adhere to risk management and regulatory compliance per FNB policy.
• Comply with regulatory laws and company procedures.
