Truist Financial Corporation is seeking a Branch Associate to deliver exceptional client service, drive sales, and build lasting relationships with consumer and small business clients. You will handle routine maintenance, advise on lending options, and support the sales process by identifying client needs and referring more complex requests to specialists.

A high school diploma is required, with strong communication skills and the ability to multi-task.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients and building relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client interaction.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office.
• SAFE (Mortgage Licensing Act) compliant within 30 days of employment and compliant with NMLS background checks.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Willingness to travel and work weekends/extended hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Handle routine client maintenance requests and resolve issues.
• Contribute to meeting client service and sales targets by promoting products and services.
• Support sales process with consultative conversations and referrals to specialists.
• Participate in branch leadership routines and meetings.
• Pursue ongoing product knowledge and training to serve clients better.
• Advise on consumer lending options and take loan applications.
• Adhere to internal controls, procedures and risk policies.
• Provide a consistent client service experience at the branch.
