Truist Financial Corporation is seeking a Retail Banker to deliver an industry-leading client experience in person and on the phone, building and expanding client relationships. You will drive sales by offering products, referring complex needs to specialists, and supporting branch targets while maintaining compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.

Required are strong communication skills, basic computer proficiency, weekend/extended hours availability, and SAFE/NMLS compliance

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience with sourcing and prospecting for new clients.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
• Must be SAFE compliant within 30 days of employment, including NMLS background check.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights.
