You may be cross-trained to perform teller duties and refer opportunities to internal specialists for growth. Strong communication and policy compliance are essential for success.

Occasional travel for staffing needs and weekend/extended hours may be required.

Qualifications

• 2 years of client sales and service experience
• Experience with sourcing and prospecting for new clients
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be SAFE (Mortgage Licensing Act) compliant within 30 days of employment
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs
• Ability to work weekends and extended hours

Responsibilities

• Exercises advanced proficiency with routine client maintenance requests, problem resolution and advanced sales functions regarding deposit, credit, convenience and other product and service lines.
• Contributes to meeting or exceeding client service as well as individual and branch sales targets by offering products and services with a focus on developing, expanding and retaining relationships.
• Supports team sales process by conducting consultative conversations and referring more complex client needs to internal specialists.
• Participates fully in all components of the established Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Commits to advancing knowledge of sales techniques and product knowledge through training and meetings.
• Advise on consumer lending options and takes loan applications.
• Adheres to internal controls and risk management policies; stays informed of policy changes.
• Ensures a consistent client service experience by engaging clients politely and guiding them through transactions.
