Job summary

Truist is seeking a team-oriented banking professional to deliver exceptional client service and drive sales in a branch setting. You will handle routine client requests, support lending discussions, and refer advanced needs to specialists.

The role requires weekend availability and travel to support temporary staffing. Training will cover sales techniques, product knowledge, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients and client relationship building.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
• Must be SAFE compliant within 30 days of employment, including NMLS background checks.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs and locale changes.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Exercises advanced proficiency with client maintenance requests and sales functions.
• Contributes to meeting client service and branch sales targets.
• Refers complex client needs to internal specialists.
• Participates in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Continues sales knowledge through meetings and training.
• Advises on consumer lending options and takes loan applications.
• Adheres to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Ensures a consistent client service experience in-branch.
