Truist Wealth is seeking a customer-focused associate for our retail banking team in the United States. The role emphasizes client maintenance, sales, and relationship expansion within a supportive environment.

The position requires a high school diploma and at least two years of client sales and service experience, plus strong communication skills and basic computer proficiency. Travel and weekend hours may be required as part of staffing flexibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience with sourcing and prospecting for new clients and client relationship building.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
• SAFE compliance within 30 days of employment, including NMLS background check.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs and locale changes.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Exercises advanced proficiency with routine client maintenance requests, problem resolution and advanced sales functions regarding deposit, credit, and other product lines.
• Contributes to meeting or exceeding client service and branch sales targets by offering products and services and developing client relationships.
• Supports team sales by conducting consultative conversations and referring complex needs to internal specialists.
• Participates in the Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Advances knowledge of sales techniques and product knowledge through training and meetings.
• Advises on consumer lending options and takes loan applications.
