Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of sales and customer service in a banking environment, with opening accounts preferred.
• Signing Authority preferred.
• Proven success in building client relationships and achieving banking sales/lending objectives.
• Knowledge of small business deposit and lending products and services.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service aligning with the bank’s Six Diamond Experience standards.
• Promote and expand client relationships through needs assessment and referrals.
• Open new accounts and service existing ones, including business customers.
• Meet sales/referral objectives and participate in branch goals and telemarketing duties.
• Maintain accurate performance records and pipeline activities; review results with Branch Management.
• Assist with daily operational duties including teller transactions and cash handling.
