Job summary

Fremont Bank is seeking a Manager, Private Banking Operations in Livermore, CA. You will lead the Private Banker Sales Assistants/Associates, optimize workflows, and ensure exceptional client service for high-net-worth clients.

You will drive operational efficiency, mentor staff, and collaborate across departments to support Private Bankers and client relationships in a fast-paced banking environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role with a financial institution.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with private bankers and clients.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and precision.
