Qualifications

• 4 years of sales and customer service experience in a customer-facing banking environment.
• Experience opening consumer and business accounts.
• Signing authority preferred.
• Proven success in building relationships with clients and achieving banking sales and lending objectives.
• Cash handling experience recommended.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs.
• Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service that aligns with the bank's Six Diamond Experience standards.
• Promote and expand client relationships by effectively addressing client needs.
• Input data accurately and prepare client paperwork for the sale of products and services.
• Resolve client issues promptly and professionally.
• Explain, promote, and refer Fremont Bank products to current and prospective clients.
• Meet assigned sales and referral objectives and contribute toward branch goals.
• Open new accounts and service existing accounts, including business customers.
