Job summary

Fremont Bank is hiring a Personal Banker in Fremont, CA to deliver world-class service, build client relationships, and refer retail and business products. You’ll support outbound prospecting and maintain accounts while handling cash as needed.

You will meet sales and referral objectives, collaborate with partners, and participate in branch events. The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, accuracy, and exceptional communication in both in-person and phone interactions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years sales and customer service in a banking environment.
• Experience with new account openings preferred.
• Ability to meet sales and lending objectives.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver world-class service per Six Diamond Experience standards.
• Promote and expand client relationships based on needs assessment.
• Open new accounts and service existing accounts, including business customers.
• Meet sales and referral objectives and refer to partners.
• Conduct telemarketing and outside business development activities.
