Job summary

SailPoint in the United States is seeking a Senior Sales Leader - Enterprise to drive growth with our Identity Security SaaS solutions. You will lead the enterprise sales organization, manage a strategic sales team, and coordinate with channel partners to expand our IGA offerings.

Ideal candidate has a proven track record selling to large enterprises, moving from on-prem to SaaS, and delivering forecast-accurate pipelines.

Responsibilities

• The activities of first few months are critical to creating the desired impact and acceleration of the business within your region.
• Evaluate pipeline quality and forecasting accuracy, identifying immediate and long-term opportunities for improvement.
• Develop a 12-month business plan with milestones and required actions.
• Identify new hires and start dates; collaborate with marketing and partner teams to uncover white-space opportunities within existing accounts and new logos.
• Ensure the pipeline is aligned to meet quota and forecast with rigor.
