Job summary

SailPoint seeks an Account Executive to drive revenue in the United States, leading discovery calls, presenting SailPoint solutions against competitors, and coordinating a virtual team of partner resources and internal specialists to secure wins.

You will own the sales cycle end-to-end, work with leadership to refine go-to-market plans, and ensure a superior customer experience from first discovery calls through to closure and ongoing success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in IT, business or sales related field.
• Enterprise software sales and account management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead virtual teams and coordinate partner resources.

Responsibilities

• Exceed revenue quota on a quarterly and yearly basis.
• Own and oversee all aspects of the sales cycle from qualification to close.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute plans with partners and end users.
• Lead a virtual team of partner resources and internal teams to win deals.
• Maintain Salesforce hygiene and accurate forecasting.
