Job summary

SailPoint is seeking a RVP of Enterprise to sell our Identity Security Solutions. This leader will directly manage the Enterprise sales team and matrix-leading supporting functions, driving growth for our SaaS IGA Solution Suite.

The role requires a proven track record in high-growth SaaS or cyber-security, ideally leading transitions from on-prem to SaaS, with the ability to articulate SailPoint's value proposition. The path includes scaling through direct and channel partnerships.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of leading sales teams within high growth SaaS or cyber-security organizations.
• Experience leading sales during a transition from on-prem to SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Enterprise sales team and matrix leadership of the supporting functions to drive revenue for SailPoint's IGA Solution Suite.
• Manage a team selling to end users directly and leveraging channel partners for a SaaS solution.
