Job summary

Dow is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist for the Pacific Northwest to support small to mid-size customers and manage distribution within the market. You will develop leads, define territories, analyze sales data and deliver technical solutions through multiple channels.

This role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, regional scope, and the ability to build relationships with key influencers while advancing Dow's growth in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian rank.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within customer org levels.
• Execute sales/marketing plan delivering volume and value; align to marketing plan.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Lead negotiations and price strategies considering regulations and Dow processes.
• Collaborate with functions to deliver CX results.
