Dow Inc. in the United States seeks a Senior Sales Specialist to drive growth with small to mid-size customers while supporting large accounts. You will manage distribution, lead lead generation, define territories, and coordinate with production and supply chain to forecast demand.

Strong analytical and negotiation skills are essential. The role emphasizes cross-channel engagement—face-to-face, phone, and email—with regional scope that can adapt to business alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant military experience at or above US E5/Canadian equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within customer organizations.
• Execute sales/marketing plan delivering volume and value.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Lead negotiations and develop price strategies aligned with goals.
• Collaborate with functions to deliver CX results.
