Job summary

Dow Inc. in the United States seeks a Senior Sales Specialist to support small to medium customers and manage distribution within the market, with focus on large accounts and cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities include generating leads, defining sales territories, delivering sales analytics, negotiating price strategies, and coordinating with Production and Supply Chain to drive volume and value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience.
• 3+ years of relevant working experience.
• US work authorization without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand the customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share market.
• Search new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network to different levels within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan, delivering in volume and value.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape sales plan.
• Lead negotiations and develop price strategies aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with other functions and stakeholders to deliver CX results.
